PhD Research Fellow ,Queensland University of Technology (QUT),Australia

Kinley Dorji is a PhD candidate in the School of Electrical Engineering and Robotics at Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Brisbane, Australia. His research focuses on improving the performance and reliability of hydrogen electrolysers as they operate with variable renewable energy sources such as wind and solar, using advanced imaging and data analysis techniques to better understand how these systems behave under real-world conditions.

Alongside his PhD, Kinley worked as a Hydrogen Systems Integration Engineer at Stralis Aircraft, a Brisbane-based hydrogen-electric aviation company, and serves as Chair of the Hydrogen Society of Australia (Queensland Chapter). He also teaches renewable electrical energy systems as a Sessional Academic at QUT.

Before commencing his PhD, Kinley worked as Deputy Executive Engineer at Ministry infrastructure and Transport, Royal Government of Bhutan. He holds a Master of Technology in Green Energy Technology from Pondicherry University and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from NIT Silchar.
