Javier Mauricio León is a senior consultant specializing in financial and technical project management within the energy sector. He has led multidisciplinary teams across Latin America in investment portfolio optimization, risk management, and contractual strategy for infrastructure and energy projects. With master’s degrees in Public Administration (Columbia University), Corporate Finance (CESA), and Project Design, Management & Control (University of León, Spain), his work integrates artificial intelligence, ESG criteria, and economic modeling to guide decision-making and value creation in energy portfolios.
